Constraints

What is your constraint?

We all have constraints; if not we would already have everything we want.  So the question is: What is your personal constraint?

I have developed a customized course: The 4 Phases to Thriving!

This course reveals 16 key concepts, critical success factors, that separate Thrivers from survivors.

Concepts like the various aspects of your purpose, and how you communicate your purpose.  Then onto how you fund your purpose, and how you build a team to help you achieve your purpose.

Often people spend lots of time and effort "working" on things that aren't constraining them.

Working hard isn't the goal.   Working hard only helps you achieve if you are working hard on the right things.

Often talented people work really hard and don't get ahead.  They are like a hamster running on it's wheel.   Lots of activity, but not any real progress.

If you want to get ahead professionally you want to find out what is your constraint, and apply yourself to progressing, learning, in that area.

I can help you do it.

These resources are here to help you!

There really aren't a lot of new, or perhaps any to business people really secret, ideas in business.

Identify what you intend to do, make a plan to achieve it, and execute your plan.

Most everyone that has a secret they don't want you to share doesn't  want you to share it because when it is exposed to the light it isn't all that special.

They create the perception of value by adding non-competes and secrecy  agreements that prevent you from freely associating with your peers.

As a Hearing Healthcare Professional I would think you would want to avoid them.

What you learn from me you are always welcome to share with your peers.  Hopefully you will tell them how I helped you, but as what you learn becomes a part of the new you it will be as much, or more, you than I.  Sharing is how you become better as a profession.

Business success is mostly doing the right things; as it is often better to do the right thing poorly, than the wrong thing perfectly.

The trick is knowing what the right thing is (your constraints) and then doing it better.

Therefore:

It is my intent to keep information you wish to remain private, private.

It is also my intention to assist Independent Practice Owners as best as I can.

As I will share information others provide me with you, I may also at times share information you provide me with others.

I won't be working for the guy down the street, and I will be encouraging you to share with the professional in another state.

To help you best I share appropriately and discretely.

Your bank sends you statements telling you they protect your privacy; and then they publish your loan balances publically to anyone who pays to receive them.  I won't do that.

I do better than that.

But it is important to know anything you share with me is in my brain for use in helping you, or anyone who can benefit if I feel, and it is a feel, it would be OK with you if you were listening to our conversation.
