You can pay online in increments of $500 or print the payment form and fax it in. The payment form also allows you to set up reoccurring payments. Download Form (pdf) You can pay for services in advance and the amount will automatically be credited to your account for your future use. When you click on the item to pay you will be redirected to a specialized web site that will handle your transaction securely. I will never see your credit card information. I will only receive notice you made a payment and the amount of the payment made.
