Constraints

What is your constraint?

We all have constraints; if not we would already have everything we want.  So the question is: What is your personal constraint?

I have developed a customized course: The 4 Phases to Thriving!

This course reveals 16 key concepts, critical success factors, that separate Thrivers from survivors.

Concepts like the various aspects of your purpose, and how you communicate your purpose.  Then onto how you fund your purpose, and how you build a team to help you achieve your purpose.

Often people spend lots of time and effort "working" on things that aren't constraining them.

Working hard isn't the goal.   Working hard only helps you achieve if you are working hard on the right things.

Often talented people work really hard and don't get ahead.  They are like a hamster running on it's wheel.   Lots of activity, but not any real progress.

If you want to get ahead professionally you want to find out what is your constraint, and apply yourself to progressing, learning, in that area.

I can help you do it.

These resources are here to help you!

Thrive: 1: To grow vigorously: Flourish. 2: To gain in wealth or possessions: Prosper. 3: To progress toward or realize a goal. Syn: Succeed. *

A Business Coach coaches, teaches, motivates and encourages you to clearly identify what you intend to do.  Then helps you define and achieve it.   It isn't that you aren't good on your own, it is you are better with a coach behind you.

Consider this thought:

What makes you special?

Knowing what makes you special is critical to your success. Not only is it important for you to know why you are special, but it must be something you can communicate to your target market, patients, and they must believe it is important to them.

What makes you special answers the question: Why would someone choose you as opposed to the other guy?

For example: What makes Rick and Thriving Audiology Special? (You ought to have a list like this for you, and / or your business.)

I am the only Independent Business Coach for Audiologists. I am not hiding "free" business advice as a way of trapping you into branding your business with my brand, or pushing you to purchase hearing aids from me.

I specialize in Independent Audiology Practices. I don't work for the non-Audiology owned chains. I believe the best care comes when the Audiologists are in charge and the practice is committed to Audiology codes of ethics and standards.

I want you to succeed in your business. I am not trying to buy your business from you, or in any way limit your ability to fully benefit from what you can achieve. I want you to brand your business as yours, not mine.

No long term contracts, you can leave at any time with no penalty. I have no long term contracts or commitments; we work together for as long as you feel what I am doing for you is valuable. I am not going to ask you to brand your business with my logo or identity it as dependent upon my standards of care to "sort of" trap you into a long term situation. I assume there are times when you are actively expanding and focusing on doing better and you want help. Then there may be times when you have another focus and that is OK also.

I am not selling you hearing aids or mailing services. I have no other hidden agenda. I help Audiologists sort through the vendor's offers and help them quickly match what is offered to what they need to do. Business advice from vendors can be useful, but it is never non-biased. I am fee for service and work for you.

I am experienced and good at what I do. I love to teach, mentor, and coach. I have been doing this in one form or another all of my adult live. My purpose is to help you Thrive! Not just survive.

I believe your way to financial independence is to be a practice owner. Not alone, but the leader of your team.

Now, if you read this and you think that is dumb, then you are not in my market. If you read this and think this is just what I have always wanted, then where have you been all my life!
